1. What This Is

F*CK Getting Old (“the Site”) is a personal, independently run project created by an individual named Robert, originally built for his own use tracking research peptide reconstitution math and personal dosing schedules. It has since grown into a broader set of free tools and reference material — including a peptide reconstitution calculator, dosing schedule tracker, evidence-rated peptide and supplement reference databases, and metabolic health calculators (protein, calorie/TDEE, body fat estimation) — and will keep expanding over time. Robert has chosen to make the Site available to other people as a courtesy and convenience, free of charge. The Site is not operated by a company, clinic, pharmacy, or medical organization, and it is not a commercial medical product.

2. No Medical Background or Advice

Robert is not a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or licensed healthcare or medical professional of any kind, and has no formal medical, pharmacological, or clinical training. The Site’s calculator, scheduling tools, reference tables, and any other content were built based on personal research and public information, without professional medical review. Nothing on the Site has been evaluated or endorsed by a physician, pharmacist, or regulatory body.

Nothing on the Site constitutes, and should never be relied upon as, medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation to use any specific substance, compound, peptide, nootropic, supplement, or dose. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health.

This includes the Site’s evidence ratings (star scores, study counts, clinical status, and related labels shown on peptide and supplement reference pages) and its metabolic health calculators (protein, calorie/TDEE, body fat estimation, and any similar tools). Evidence ratings are Robert’s general, non-exhaustive summary of publicly available research — not a systematic literature review, not an endorsement or ranking of how “good,” safe, or effective a compound is, and not medical advice. Calculator outputs are rough estimates based on general formulas, not personalized medical, nutritional, or fitness guidance, and can be meaningfully wrong for a given individual.

The Site’s alcohol-related content and tools (standard drink and calorie calculators, and any related reference material) are for general informational purposes only. They are not addiction medicine, not a screening or diagnostic tool for alcohol use disorder, and not guidance for managing withdrawal or tapering off alcohol — which can be medically dangerous for a physically dependent person and should only be managed by a qualified clinician.

The Site’s mental health content is general educational writing, not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention, and Robert is not a mental health professional. It is not a substitute for care from a licensed therapist, counselor, or physician. If you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 in the US) or call 911; do not rely on this Site in a crisis.

The Site’s Lab Reference Checker is for illustration purposes only. The reference ranges it shows are general, commonly cited figures, not the specific range used by your lab (which can differ by lab, assay method, and units) and not personalized to your age, sex, medical history, or medications. It does not diagnose, screen for, or rule out any condition, and a value it labels “within range” or otherwise is not a statement about your health. Values you enter are processed only in your browser: they are never transmitted to or stored on any server, are not saved to your account, and are lost as soon as you refresh or leave the page. Only a licensed clinician who knows your full history can actually interpret your lab results.

3. Research Use Only

Peptides, nootropics, supplements, and research compounds referenced on the Site are discussed for informational and research purposes only. Many research peptides referenced on the Site are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for human consumption or therapeutic use, except where a specific compound is expressly stated otherwise by law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you and your jurisdiction, including for any nootropic or supplement you choose to use.

4. No Warranty

The Site, including its calculators, reference databases, and evidence ratings, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Calculations, reference values, and schedules may contain errors. You are responsible for independently verifying any figure the Site produces before acting on it.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk, and you assume full and sole responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on information found here. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robert and anyone else associated with building or operating the Site disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind — including personal injury, death, adverse health outcomes, financial loss, or any other harm — arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information or tools it provides.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Robert from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.

6. Your Account & Data

Creating an account requires an email address and password, which are handled by Supabase, a third-party authentication provider, and are never stored or seen by Robert in plain text. Schedule data you enter (peptide, nootropic, and supplement names, doses, timing) and any optional profile information (display name, profile photo) are stored in a private database scoped to your account and are not sold, shared, or used for advertising. The Site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage patterns (such as which pages are visited and how often). This does not include your account email, schedule data, or any other information you enter into the Site.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when creating an account, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ data.

8. Availability & Changes

Because this is a personal, unfunded project, the Site is offered without any guarantee of uptime, continued availability, or ongoing maintenance, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may also be updated from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Site. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you locally.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises out of your use of the Site, you agree to first contact Robert through the Contact page and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally before pursuing any other action. Any claim you bring may only be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Robert regarding the Site. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
