F*CK Getting Old

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. What This Covers

This policy explains what information F*CK Getting Old (“the Site”) collects when you use it, how that information is used, and what choices you have. It should be read alongside the Terms & Conditions, which cover the broader rules for using the Site.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use the Site, we collect the following personally identifiable information (PII):

  • Account information — your email address and password, handled directly by Supabase, our authentication provider. Robert never sees your password in plain text.
  • Profile information — an optional display name and profile photo, if you choose to add them.
  • Protocol data — the peptide, nootropic, and supplement names, doses, schedules, and notes you enter into the Site’s calculator and scheduler.
  • Messages you send — anything you submit through the Contact form, including your reply email address if you provide one.
  • Newsletter signups — the email address you submit through the newsletter signup form, used to send the newsletter and occasional campaign emails. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

The Site’s calculators and reference tools that don’t require an account (including the Lab Reference Checker) do not collect or transmit any PII — values you enter into those tools stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

If you create an account, we may also send you occasional activity reminder emails (for example, a nudge if you haven’t set up a dosing schedule, or haven’t updated it in a while) to the email address on your account. These are separate from the newsletter and can be turned off at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, without affecting your account or push notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the Site — to authenticate your account, save and display your protocol schedule, send you optional reminder notifications you’ve enabled, and respond to messages you send. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold or rented to anyone.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The Site uses two categories of cookies:

  • Essential (necessary to function). If you create an account, Supabase sets a session cookie (typically named sb-*-auth-token) so you stay logged in between page loads. This cookie is required for login to work and cannot be disabled without also disabling account features; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Analytics (optional). Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to understand aggregate, anonymized usage patterns — which pages are visited, how often, and general traffic sources. These cookies persist for up to 13 months. Google Analytics does not receive your account email, password, protocol data, or any other personally identifying information you enter into the Site, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell your data.

Opting out. You can block or delete analytics cookies at any time without affecting your ability to use the Site (account features still require the essential session cookie). Options include:

  • Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which blocks Google Analytics on every site you visit, including this one.
  • Your browser’s built-in tracking-protection, “block third-party cookies,” or cookie-management settings.
  • An ad-blocking or privacy browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.

The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals, since Google Analytics does not distinguish them from a normal visit — use one of the opt-out methods above for a reliable result.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored with Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider, using industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the service providers needed to run the Site — currently Supabase (hosting, authentication, and database) and Google Analytics (aggregate, anonymized usage analytics) — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can review and update your name, email, password, and profile photo at any time from the Account page. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to ask what data we hold about you, reach out through the Contact page. We will act on deletion requests within a reasonable time.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and protocol data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account data from our active database; some information may persist briefly in backups before being purged on their normal cycle.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time as the Site changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent through the Contact page.
